The Process Variety Pack contains 9.5oz single origin bags of:

• Nicaragua — WASHED process (coffee which has had various fruit layers removed before drying begins)
• Ethiopia — NATURAL process (whole coffee cherries are dried in the sun with their fruit and skin intact)
• El Salvador — HONEY process (coffee cherries are skinned, then the seeds are dried and fermented in their fruit layer)

The Pack is available in Whole Bean or Ground options. All bags are medium roast coffee.
